We would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Your happiness is our highest priority.

UNIQUELY CLAUDIA has a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, first, go to our RETURNS CENTER and fill-out details of your return. Costs to return items to UNIQUELY CLAUDIA are the responsibility of the customer; we suggest you use a tracking method when returning your items - please include packing list. Items sent back to us without first going through our Returns Center will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES 
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you feel you have received a faulty, damaged, or defective product, please email us immediately at info@uniquelyclaudia.com — we will make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Gift Cards, accessories, and Sale items are FINAL and cannot be returned. Also, certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

EXCHANGES 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS 
UNIQUELY CLAUDIA will issue ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY less the flat rate shipping amount of $9.99 (when applicable). A store credit code will be emailed to the email address on file within 1-3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise.
